Promotion or Competition Rules

  • By participating, entrants grant CTV exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
  • CTV’s decision is final and reserves the right to change the winning prize if unavailable at the time of the closing date.
  • No correspondence will be entered into.
  • Only one entry for each competition from a unique email address.
  • Employees of CTV and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate Families’ include spouses, Grandparents, Parents, Children, and Grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.
  • All winners will be notified by email.
  • Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash.
